Just a quick reminder that we still have limited quantities of SY VENTURE seed available.
SY VENTURE is a two-row malting winter barley variety which is new to the 2012/13 HGCA recommended list.
The variety was highly praised at this year’s Cereals Event for its high-yielding consistency and its resistance to the common strains of barley mosaic virus.
Other qualities include its ‘medium-high’ resistance to yellow rust and its ‘high’ resistance to lodging.
